A medical graduate from Delhi University and a post graduate in Public Health from JNMC, Karnataka, over 5 years of her professional career received appreciation for her compassionate work in the field of Palliative Care.
She was invited as a guest and speaker to Australia by her colleagues to share her work and the challenges she faces while trying to educate people about Palliative Care. She received the award of recognition for the same by Wollundary Rotary Club where she spoke about the work and barriers being faced by the people of India in terms of access to Palliative Care and Pain Relief.
